The forms on this page may only be ordered if you are already married.

If you would prefer a faster shipping method, be sure to make that selection or your documents will be shipped via standard mail. The first copy of any document ordered will cost $59.00 for US citizens and $89 for International clients. Any additional copies are only $25.00.

*We strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all documents sent through USPS (United States Postal Service). However, in the event that a document goes missing in transit, despite our best efforts, we cannot be held liable for such occurrences. In the unfortunate event that a document is lost in transit, it will be necessary to repurchase the document.

*International priority shipping timeframe is based on the shipping process to customs. Once your package reaches customs, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may vary based on the customs clearance process. Please be aware that delays can occur, and we appreciate your understanding.
